TANDBERG's enVision <http://www.tandberg.com/video-conferencing-partners.jsp> partner program offers partners the flexibility to scale their investment and engage in various aspects of the program based on their core competencies and market focus. Partners will be categorised into four areas of specialisation, namely audio/visual specialists, visual communication specialists, systems integrators, and services providers. In addition, TANDBERG has significantly increased the size and scope of its marketing fund and support resources - including customised tools and training programs to develop each partner's specialisation - to help key partners accelerate their business.
Adam Britten TANDBERG's Asia Pacific Channel Director, said, 'The new enVision program empowers our partners to drive increased profits through developing a clear differentiation for their business, based on demonstrated competency around the solutions they provide as well as the market segments they serve. Video is truly the next killer application and TANDBERG, together with our partners, is in the best position to win.'
Under the auspices of the enVision Partner Program, TANDBERG will continue to work with its partners in three levels of certification - Platinum (highest level), Premier (intermediate) and Authorised (entry level). These partners are categorised according to their business solution in the following areas:
- Audio Visual Specialist: AV Specialists are highly competent in meeting room design and integration.
- Visual Communication Specialist: VC Specialists have extensive expertise in visual communications and TANDBERG products.
- System Integrator: System Integrators are focused around networking, operating environments, storage and contact centre technologies.
- Service Provider: Service Providers can provide total communication and network infrastructure management on a global or regional level with a guaranteed service levels.
'As a Platinum TANDBERG partner for all the categories of the new enVision Program, we applaud TANDBERG's initiative to really understand the partner community and how each one of those partners supports the customer in their Unified Communications (UC) journey,' said Graham Williams, Managing Director, iVision.
'Our experience in visual communications has shown that customers are always demanding an integrated solution between their audio visual meeting room requirements and their video conferencing deployment. This can start from the desktop all the way through to high quality telepresence solutions.
'Also, now more than ever the customer's visual communication requirements need to be considered in context of their whole UC strategy - making a customer's solution even more complex and requiring a services first strategy which focuses on consulting, integration, managed, hosting and usage and adoption services. This program from TANDBERG is a step in the right direction. For iVision, we need partners like TANDBERG that understand the complexities of our business and our UC focus and services first strategy.'
