Global Human Resources (HR) software and services provider, NorthgateArinso , has announced the appointment of Raj Sundarason as its Regional Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa regions.
Based in Singapore, Sundarason will play a pivotal role in supporting NorthgateArinso's global growth strategy and ensuring the company's ongoing success in these markets.
Sundarason previously managed client relationships and strategy with a global HRO provider specialising in multi-process, multi-country HR outsourcing for six years, where he successfully brought together customer needs and supplier capabilities to close complex HR outsourcing deals. Prior to that, he held a similar role at a leading global systems integrator.
In his new role, he will have responsibility for developing and overseeing the regional sales function, as well as driving growth and key marketing strategies throughout each territory. He will lead the highly successful NorthgateArinso Sales teams throughout the region, driving sales around the industry leading NGA euHReka solutions.
With over ten years' experience in business development management, Sundarason is well-placed to provide clients and prospects with a holistic view on the best approach for all their Human Capital Management needs. He has had significant exposure in helping both global and regional multinational organisations with specific HR and payroll challenges from strategy through to execution.
