Eyepartner's New Module Streams Live and Video On Demand Content on All Mobile Devices

By Tina McCorkindale

Smartphone users can now view LIVE video streams on their mobile devices thanks to Eyepartner's Mobile Device Module for network owners. Users can view linear TV stations, live concerts, sporting events, church services and corporate seminars. The Mobile Device Module, which works on all platforms and devices, not only broadcasts high quality live events, but also offers Video On Demand (VOD) content like movies and music videos without any required download.

'This new technology allows broadcasters to offer a wide range of high quality video content that viewers can access anywhere and anytime with their smartphones and tablets,' said Tim Green, CEO and President of Eyepartner. 'Companies can integrate this module quickly, easily, and without a large expense. '

The Mobile Device Module requires no hardware, and the software kit is available to TikiLIVE owners. Eyepartner will build a branded microsite for the network owner, and then pull the content from the network onto an interface designed for small screens. The network owner can then control what content is viewable for the devices. Pay-per-view and subscription billing options are also available.

Eyepartner's TikiLIVE platform that supports the Mobile Device Module also offers full traffic reporting and advertising-based content. Network owners can also record broadcasts to the TikiLIVE platform as a VOD, and add them to the Mobile VOD gallery. Other benefits for network owners include:

  • Instant user access to content
  • Ability to monetize content with memberships
  • Ability to analyze viewing habits of audience
  • Low entry expense to launch
