Specialist team builds local presence to support Asia Pacific clients' multichannel customer experience marketing needs

Hong Kong, October 31, 2011 - International multichannel marketing specialist Epsilon has expanded its strategic marketing team in Asia Pacific to meet the growing demand for personalised cross-channel customer experiences. The Strategic Consulting and Advanced Analytics (SCAA) team provides its clients with a wide range of best-in-class marketing services to create customer experience marketing, CRM and loyalty programs; as well as to build fully optimised end-to-end multichannel campaigns.

The team is led by seasoned multichannel marketing consultants, who have deep experience in global and local markets. Leveraging a proprietary strategic marketing framework, the team works with clients to set measurable marketing targets, design appropriate customer experiences, and develop actionable plans - incorporating Epsilon's deep institutional knowledge of analysis, marketing technology, and best-in-class marketing programs.

Part of Epsilon's global consulting offering, the Asia Pacific SCAA team augments the number of associates across the region, spanning Australia, China, Japan, and Singapore. Liz has over 12 years of client and solutions focused data communications consulting experience. In Sydney, Will Halliday, Director of Strategic Consulting for Australia and New Zealand, has 12 years of management consulting experience providing loyalty marketing and CRM solutions. Will has significant marketing experience having worked with a range of top name brands across a number of sectors. In addition, Mayumi Genda, Strategic Consultant for Japan, has over 10 years of marketing and program implementation experience in Japan, including membership management programs, new product launches, and development of marketing and CRM optimsation plans for e-commerce companies.
