Home Vendor submitted release BCAP Partners with Replify to Expand Reseller Customer Services

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA - August 12, 2010 - Business Continuity Asia Pacific (BCAP), the region's leading provider of real time disaster recovery and business continuity products and services, today announced a partner agreement with WAN appliance accelerator provider, Replify.

Replify's software based WAN optimisation offerings provide SMBs and enterprises with increased network connection and application speed that can outperform hardware-based solutions at a lower cost.

BCAP is the ANZ regional distributor of Double-Take ® disaster recovery and business continuity software. Viktor Babkov, BCAP managing director says that adding the Replify Accelerator Suite into BCAP's distribution model was a significant move in expanding its services to Australian businesses that require improved network and system productivity. 'Just as disaster recovery and business continuity are considered almost mandatory for effective business management, organisations are realising the importance of better performing servers and connections for increasing productivity,' he said.

'VARs will be quick to recognize the benefits of Replify for their customers. Replify's WAN optimisation products, enables users to complete tasks more quickly and efficiently even when staff are at their desktops, on the road or working from remote offices.'

Replify Accelerator Suite offers an all software approach, which is easily installed as a Windows application on the client side, without the need for network changes or new infrastructure or hardware.

Other key Replify features include:

  • A virtual Enterprise Manager that allows central management, configuration and rolling out of reports on other virtual appliances deployed with Replify Accelerator Suite.
  • Real-time access to monitoring, performance and administration of a Replify virtual appliance.
  • Enables new employees to be added easily to expand on an as-needed basis.
  • Increases multiple applications' speed at the same time.

'We are looking forward to working with Replify. It provides BCAP with a powerful addition to its offerings suite and enables it to cater for the business needs of our resellers and their customer needs beyond data protection and disaster recovery solutions,' said Babkov.
