Virgin Mobile has also announced it will offer the “new generation iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus".
As with seemingly every other major telco on the planet, “customers will be able to pre-order iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus beginning 5.01pm AEST on 15 September” at Virgin Mobile’s website, and at Virgin Mobile stores.
Optus has made this announcement too, including details on its Apple Watch Series 3 deal, but Telstra hasn’t had the chance to send the media any info yet today, so I deduced Telstra was also going to do this with my Sherlock-level sleuthing, and wrote about them too. Vodafone is missing in action today, too, but of course the pre-order deal is all over its front page.
So, let’s forget about those three 800-pound telcorillas for a moment, and take in the fact that Virgin Mobile has done something the other three haven’t: they’ve released complete pricing details for the two new iPhone 8 models which you can read here.
Even better is the fact Virgin Mobile has released what it carefully terms is “indicative” iPhone X pricing, which you can see at the link above – just scroll down on that page.
iPhone X, will be available to pre-order at Virgin Mobile on 27 October.
