The company launched its Q1 Video Index, looking at lucrative OTT strategies and plenty more, as I covered for iTWire earlier this week.
Now comes the company’s Q1 Video Index Webinar, where it says its "experts will look at the sudden rush of global OTT launches and compare syndication and ad-supported OTT models", while also covering "trends in programmatic video, advances in anti-ad blocking, and more".
Ooyala will also "turn the spotlight on Latin America, with viewership numbers from Puerto Rico to Argentina", and asking if we knew that "LatAm will be the second-largest smartphone market in the world by 2020"?
There are two sessions for the webinar, one suited to the Northern Hemisphere, and the second with the Southern Hemisphere in mind.

The first webinar is on 28 June at 8AM in the US PDT time zone, which is 8AM Tuesday in San Francisco, 11AM Tuesday in New York, 4PM Tuesday in London, 11PM Tuesday in Singapore and 1AM Wednesday 29 Juune in Sydney.
The second webinar is also on 28 June, but at 5PM on Tuesday in San Francisco, 8PM Tuesday in New York, 1AM Wednesday 29 June in London, 8AM Wednesday 29 June in Singapore and 10AM Wednesday 29 June in Sydney.
The webinars will look at:
- How publishers have finally embraced OTT;
- Why mobile is driving Latin America; and
- How anti-ad blocking is earning millions for publishers.
The webinar is being billed as a "jam-packed hour", and will be "led by Ooyala’s Jim O’Neill, principal analyst and editor of Videomind, and Paula Minardi, content strategy manager".
