High profile US economist, Jeffery Eisenach, engaged by Telstra to back its anti-regulation lobbying campaign - is the latest in a long line mustered by carriers and regulators to support their regulatory stance. But for every expert wheeled out by one side, the other seems able to find one with contrary views.
