NBN Company legislation put out for public scrutiny

The Australian Government has released exposure drafts of legislation to establish the regulatory framework for the National Broadband Network Company, NBN Co, defining how it will be a 'wholesale only provider' and how it will be sold off within five years of the network being completed.
