MIT engineers pick an artificial nose

American biological engineers at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Cambridge) have discovered a way to make an artificial nose in order to produce smell receptors in the laboratory--similar to the way a real nose smells.

American scientists and engineers from Cornell University have created a graphite balloon that is the thinnest balloon ever made. It is only one atom in thickness so probably won’t be used at birthday parties and New Year’s celebrations.
