Independent firm Forrester Research has named the Commonwealth Bank a leader in overall digital experience among banking apps in Australia for the fourth year running.
The Commonwealth Bank claims its Benefits finder feature, added to its app and online nationally last September, had saved customers more than $153 million in utility bills and additional government payments alone over the past year.
