Melbourne, Sydney offices part of Contentsquare APAC expansion acceleration

Global experience analytics platform provider Contentsquare is accelerating its growth in the Asia Pacific region with the launch of two offices in Australia in Melbourne and Sydney and new offices in Tokyo and Singapore.

Contentsquare says its expansion plans announced on Monday build on its “exponential growth” and follow its recent $190 million Series D funding round, and will be a primary focus for the rest of 2020 and beyond.

According to the platform has already gained “significant local traction” and has helped companies like Telstra leverage their data to improve their digital offering.

"Telstra’s digital transformation is dependent on creating delightful experiences for our customers. Contentsquare has been an effective experience analytics tool for our UX teams and Product Owners,” said Bharathwaj Ragothaman, Head of Digital Optimisation, Telstra.

“It is helping us demystify data and link numbers to the positive and negative experience customers face with our digital asset. Our UX designs and personalisation experiments are supported by the quantitative insights we get from Contentsquare. The platform is easy to implement, simple to use and makes data accessible for teams, thus helping us make more data driven decisions."

Contentsquare recently announced that its APAC team have recently hires two key executives - David Bochsler, formerly of Microsoft and Frazer Adnam, formerly of Deliveroo and most recently Afterpay, joining as ANZ Country Manager.
