Sydney-headquartered cloud management software provider Fluent Commerce has raised $33 million in a Series B funding round, with the funds to be used to drive sales and marketing and continue development of its growing suite of unified omnichannel solutions.

The capital raise was led by US-based Arrowroot Capital, a growth equity firm specialising in B2B software, and the investment will underpin Fluent Commerce’sglobal expansion.

The Fluent Commerce cloud-native solution is used by some of the largest retailers in Australia, Europe and North America including Woolworths, Target, JD Sports, Conbipel, Etro, El Palacio de Hierro and Pokemon.
