Another reseller gets Nimble

By

Cloud business solutions provider The Instillery has joined flash storage vendor Nimble Storage's partner network.

New Zealand based The Instillery is now associated with Nimble Storage as a value-added reseller and cloud service provider, allowing the company to provide its customers with Nimble all-flash arrays for on-premises use or as cloud storage.

"We have been blown away by Nimble's genuine focus on customer experience, simplicity of operation and relentless pursuit of innovation as evidenced by Nimble's cloud-based management solution, InfoSight," said The Instillery founder and managing director Mike Jenkins.

"The company's advanced support capability will enable The Instillery to provide a new paradigm for proactive customer support that will become a key differentiator for our portfolio of cloud services in the region."

The Instillery's as-a-service offerings include unified communication and virtual desktops. The company also provides expense management services, and has skills in software defined networking and network function virtualisation.

Nimble Storage director of channel sales Theo Hourmouzis said "Our partnership with The Instillery presents an exciting value proposition to New Zealand and South Pacific-based companies. Together, we can address the demands for cost effective storage solutions that significantly improve performance and capacity optimisation."

Nimble recently announced its high-end CS700 array, and earlier this year IT service desk and professional services firm Applaud and enterprise distribution company Nextgen Distribution joined the company's partner network.
