StayinFront CRM 11 Combines CRM and Analytics into One Powerful Tool

StayinFront, Inc., a global provider of enterprise-wide customer relationship management (CRM) applications, decision support tools, data servicesand eBusiness systems, today announced the unveiling of the newest version of its flagship product, StayinFront CRM 11. StayinFront CRM 11 combines CRM and analytics into one powerful tool that makes critical business intelligence data readily accessible without the high cost of configuration usually associated with business intelligence projects.

StayinFront CRM 11 builds on the robust capabilities of CRM 10, which has garnered praise and loyal support from customers in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, healthcare, consumer goods and financial services industries.

“Organisations accumulate large and complex customer profiles, but they often struggle to leverage these valuable assets. StayinFront CRM 11 is designed to help companies cope with their growing customer databases while providing robust analytics to support decision-making,” said StayinFront Executive Vice President of Research and Development, Michael Hart.

The analytics application integrated into StayinFront CRM 11 is also available as a standalone application. StayinFront Analytics is designed specifically for non-technical users. Through the use of drag, drop and drill technology, StayinFront Analytics can be used to quickly analyze sales, marketing and financial information from any database.

Hart stated that, “The powerful combination of StayinFront CRM integrated with analytics helps deliver a seamless solution that enables a continuous cycle of discovery, investigation, action and review.”
Like previous releases, StayinFront CRM 11 enables organizations to create the business model and application logic once and deploy the solution across multiple platforms, including LANs, WANs, Tablet PCs and mobile devices. StayinFront’s advanced data replication and remote management technology means users – such as sales representatives traveling in their territories – can work with data even when they are not connected to a network.

StayinFront CRM 11 has a unique multi-layered architecture coupled with object-oriented data modeling, providing unmatched flexibility and configuration capabilities while preserving the ability to upgrade.
A .NET application, StayinFront CRM 11 leverages ‘Smart Client’ technology, providing the benefits of a web application while maintaining the look and feel of a desktop application. StayinFront CRM 11 is easily deployed across a WAN or the Internet using the ‘ClickOnce’ deployment, a Microsoft technology.

Existing customers running StayinFront CRM 9 and CRM 10 will be able to easily upgrade to StayinFront CRM 11 while protecting their investment in the business model that has been configured to fit their unique requirements. Users familiar with StayinFront CRM 9 and CRM 10 will be able to use StayinFront CRM 11 with a minimal amount of additional training.

StayinFront CRM 11 is available now. More information can be found at stayinfront.com.

Why are passive solutions considered inferior? And what makes active solutions great?
