CoTé ramps up cloud Customer Communication Management (CCM) availability and scalability

VENDOR CONTRIBUTION Australian cloud Customer Communication Management provider, CoTé Software & Solutions, has upped its availability and scalability ante by fully exploiting Microsoft’s Azure Service Fabric.

CoTé’s Communications-as-a-Service platform, virsaic™, has been fully and solely cloud based since its launch in 2011 and hosted on MS Azure since 2017, offering high availability and business continuity as standard.

CoTé recognised that its customers and the market needed more and worked with Microsoft to recently migrate virsaic™ to Azure Service Fabric so that the platform is now ‘always on’ or 100% available. Service Fabric ensures that virsaic™ offers scalability as well as continuous development to deployment, ensuring zero downtime during upgrades and deployment.

CoTé’s customers now enjoy 24/7/365 availability to meet the demanding needs of digital society, and will easily meet all regulatory requirements. Combined with virsaic™'s performance monitoring and automatic scaling of Azure’s capacity, virsaic™ can cater for any burst in communication volumes.

CoTé founder and Managing Director, Carlos Van Durme, says “Our virsaic CaaS platform has always been at the leading edge of cloud CCM solutions and this recent move to Service Fabric puts us in a strong position to maintain that lead, lock in reliability and resilience, improve our customers’ ability to communicate at scale and to ensure our customers’ business continuity. It is a great advance all round and rings true to our mantra – Power in the Delivery. CoTé’s virsaic™ is the leading cloud Communications-as-a-Service platform in the marketplace.”
