Dicker Data to offer CCP’s IoT solutions

CCP Technologies Limited (ASX:CT1) has announced a distribution agreement with ASX-listed hardware distributor, Dicker Data (ASX:DDR). Under this new agreement, Dicker Data will position and sell CCP’s Internet of Things (IoT) monitoring solution.

With over 35 years of experience, Dicker Data is currently positioned as the leading distributor for several leading vendors in Australia, selling exclusively to over 3000 resellers nationally.

Michael White, Executive Director and CEO of CCP said, “There’s one distribution partner the world’s leading technology companies select to represent their products in the Australian market, and that’s Dicker Data.”

Dicker Data’s extensive product portfolio includes leading technology brands such as HP, Cisco, Toshiba, ASUS, Lenovo, Microsoft and other tier 1 global brands. They plan to expand their product offerings into the IoT space, through proactive reseller agreements.

David Dicker, Chairman and CEO, Dicker Data Limited said, “I’m pleased to be announcing our new partnership with ASX-listed IoT solution provider, CCP Technologies. Through their packaged, ready to deploy solutions, our extensive partner network will be enabled to deliver tangible insights and business results to a wide variety of their end-users across multiple market segments with minimal implementation overheads.”

CCP is a low-cost critical control point management system, which uses wireless smart IoT sensors to capture data 24/7 (such as temperature, humidity and open/close events). Data is delivered to the company’s big data cloud platform where it is analyzed to deliver business intelligence. Customers access this information through Web and Mobile Dashboards; and receive real-time alerts via SMS, email and push notifications. Sensors are installed in refrigerated environments to underpin food safety.

White says, “CCP is delighted to have such a high-calibre channel partner. Dicker Data’s reach in Australia will significantly increase our opportunity to expand in 2018. Given the millions of monitoring points across the customer base of Dicker Data’s reseller network the opportunities for market penetration are significant.”

CCP’s current customer base in Australia and North America includes many well-known corporate brands seeking a comprehensive IoT critical control point management system. By building a strategic partner network and offering an affordable solution, the company anticipates rapid growth and expansion of its install base.
