Surga Central delivers a new form of presenting property information to commercial agencies

Adept Business Systems has released version 2.9 of Surga Central – a vertical cloud-based software solution for marketing, selling and leasing commercial real estate. The new version allows commercial agents and brokers to produce marketing collateral with greater impact and precision.

“Promotional material capable of clearly displaying relevant information with good quality images elevates the agency’s brand appeal and inspires confidence with property owners”, said Steve Clark, Adept’s CEO. “This, in turn, leads to greater opportunities to list property and fuels sustained business growth”, he added.

Using Surga Central, property listing sheets can be efficiently produced with the touch of a button and directly sent to prospective tenants and buyers.  Surga Central 2.9 allows a broker to tailor the placement and display of information appropriate to an individual unit or multi-storey property.

In a building with a mixture of offices and retail units, for example, promotional material can incorporate photos relevant to the specific type of property being marketed as well as generic images appropriate to the entire building.  This means that agents can adopt a more ‘customer-centric’ approach to marketing communications and better service the needs of owners. “Instead of a one-size-fits- all approach, agencies can now deliver focused property information”, said Clark.

To assist commercial agencies improve the efficiency and management of their business, Surga Central 2.9 has also extended its integrated report suite to over 50 reports and streamlined the process of data capture.  The new version is immediately available and is being supported with workshops.

Agencies using Surga Central include Cushman & Wakefield, Chesterton International, Gross Waddell, Niemeyer Commercial and Ray White Canberra.
