Commercial real estate agents benefit from new partnership between Allhomes and Adept

Allhomes Pty Ltd has joined forces with Adept Business Systems to streamline the property listing process for commercial real estate agents.

A new link has been established between Surga Central, Adept's cloud-based CRM software, and the allhomes.com.au property portal. This link allows commercial property listings entered in Surga Central to be automatically published on allhomes.com.au, thereby removing the need for information to be entered twice.

Leading ACT agencies Laing+Simmons Commercial and Ray White Canberra are among the first users of the new technology.

"allhomes.com.au will continue to expand their highly successful model into the commercial property market and become the stand out option for anyone searching commercial properties in the ACT," said Alex Smith, Managing Director of Laing+Simmons Commercial.

"Surga Central has been a fantastic software package for managing and marketing commercial properties for Laing+Simmons, and the new relationship between these two businesses will substantially improve the operational efficiency of our office," added Smith.

Troy McGuiness of Ray White Commercial Canberra also believes the new partnership will simplify agency administrative processes by eliminating the need for manual uploads.

"By integrating our Surga Central CRM with Allhomes, we get all the benefits of listing with allhomes.com.au without any increase in administration time. There's no extra work required for us," said McGuiness.
