The programme, detailed in a blog post on Wednesday, will cover all features of Windows Insider Preview, plus focus areas in Hyper-V, Mitigation bypass, Windows Defender Application Guard, and Microsoft Edge.
Payouts for the Hyper-V Bounty Programme have also been increased.
"Since 2012, we have launched multiple bounties for various Windows features," the Microsoft Security Response team wrote.
"Microsoft strongly believes in the value of the bug bounties, and we trust that it serves to enhance our security capabilities."
