First foray into Pakistan market for Yellowfin

Business Intelligence vendor Yellowfin has appointed its first Pakistani reseller as part of its ongoing move to expand global business.

Under the new agreement, local BI, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), integration, migration, training and project management consultancy AG Consultraining will make Yellowfin’s BI solution and associated training and implementation services available to its existing and future customers throughout Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.

Martyn Reeves, Yellowfin’s APAC Managing Director, commented on Yellowfin’s enthusiasm for its first Pakistani partnership, saying “With AG Consultraining’s experience and expertise, we have high aspirations for Yellowfin in this untapped market.”

AG Consultraining Executive Director, Adnan Ghouri, said that Yellowfin’s consumer-oriented approach to BI, rich feature set and competitive pricing were critical factors behind the partnership decision.

“Our mission is to deliver the best technology and most progressive solutions to Pakistan and its neighboring territories. Yellowfin is an excellent BI platform that is needed in our region.  Few BI companies offer such a range of features and, regardless, when it comes to price comparison Yellowfin is on top.”

AG Consultraining works across a range of industries, including offering solutions and services in manufacturing, wholesale, retail, automotive and utilities.
