[24]7 takes over BolderView to boost APAC business Featured

By

Customer engagement solutions vendor [24]7 has acquired Australian reseller BolderView Systems in a move designed to continue expansion of its Asia Pacific business.

The purchase follows BolderView’s time as a value-added reseller of IntelliResponse’s Virtual Agent solution - now the [24]7 Virtual Agent - in the Asia-Pacific market.

The acquisition is one of many made by [24]7 as it continues to expand globally. The company acquired IntelliResponse late last year to complete its suite of self-service and assisted offerings for customer engagement.

“Brands all over the world are challenged with making the customer experience easy. To be successful, enterprises need to provide a seamless journey from first contact through to resolution; one that leaves the customer satisfied but also reduces the costs typically associated with customer engagement,” said David Lloyd, President of IntelliResponse, a [24]7 company.

“As a true partner and champion of our solution, BolderView shares our mission to improve the customer experience. Now as a direct member of our team, BolderView expands our ability to provide our virtual agent, web, chat, mobile, IVR, social and voice technology to companies that are ready to meet that challenge.”

Dave Brown, Founder and Managing Director of BolderView said that by joining forces with [24]7, the company now had “a breadth of resources and support that comes with being part of a global powerhouse in the customer engagement space.”

“For our current and future customers, this means more access to the most sophisticated omnichannel technology available on the market today.”
