The purchase follows BolderView’s time as a value-added reseller of IntelliResponse’s Virtual Agent solution - now the 7 Virtual Agent - in the Asia-Pacific market.
The acquisition is one of many made by 7 as it continues to expand globally. The company acquired IntelliResponse late last year to complete its suite of self-service and assisted offerings for customer engagement.
