The programme isn't open to the general public, as it is a partner rewards programme, but with many resellers out there who will presumably want to take part, you'll know why you might suddenly be hearing a lot more about Brother if you're newly in the market for one of the products it sells.
So, in celebration of Brother International Australia’s 40th Birthday, the company is thanking its valued partners with some "adrenaline pumping, insanity-generating and thrill-producing extreme rewards" with a once in a lifetime "Midlife Extravaganza".
Resellers who are already At Your Side partners "will automatically be included in the promotion and can simply log in to the new At Your Side Partner Portal to can keep track of sales and entries on the front page of the portal".
The portal displays your current sales for the month, and reflects the total entries received for Brother’s Midlife Extravaganza to date.
And, in addition to accessing all information for the promotion, "partners can also use the newly launched Partner Portal for everything else they could ever need from Brother International Australia including brochures, sales tools, whitepapers, case studies, news, tech support, product and price lists and a hub of sales tools".
Prizes are divided into four adrenaline-pumping tiers; Extreme, Insane, Crazy and Thrilling. The more partners purchase, the more entries they receive, and the greater the prize they could win.
For every $10,000 ex-GST of Brother hardware purchased each month, resellers receive one entry into the draw.
With a substantial $10,000 monthly spend, partners will be in the draw to win a cruise (departing from an Australian port), an outrageous Sea Doo Jetski or even a motorbike, taking extreme to the next level!
For every $5000 ex-GST of Brother hardware purchased each month, resellers receive one entry into the draw.
Partners who want a little more rush through the system would be pleased to know that they may be in the running to win a sky diving experience for two.
Also considering those who enjoy luxurious experiences, the Insane draw gives the chance to win a scenic helicopter ride with lunch for two, rent a super car for a day, or better yet, go all out with a shopping spree on Brother!
For every $2500 ex-GST of Brother hardware purchased each month, resellers receive one entry into the draw. For those who have a need for speed, perhaps a rally car racing for one or Harley tour for two will do the trick. In with the mix is also the chance to win a flight lesson or an Adrenaline.com voucher!
For every $1000 ex-GST of Brother hardware purchased each month, resellers receive one entry into the draw. Up for grabs is an Adrenaline.com voucher to satisfy all thrill seekers, a Harley tour for one, or, experience the excitement of water with surf lessons or Jetboating for two!
Brother explains that the more resellers purchase, the more chances there are to earn entries.
An example given is with $15,000 ex-GST purchased, "partners receive 1 Extreme entry, 3 Insane entries, 6 Crazy entries and 15 Thrilling entries."
Draws will take place on 2 November and 30 November. Participants are only eligible to win one prize per month. The promotion period runs from 2 October to 24 November.
So, if you're suddenly hearing more about Brother from your favourite reseller, now you know why.
It might also spur you to try negotiating a better deal given that resellers who participate will want to get as many entries as possible, so as they say, knowledge is power, and having a great printer you can rely on is pretty powerful, too!
