Smith joins Smart Communications from Informatica, where he served as ANZ managing director.
He previously worked as ANZ managing director at Pitney Bowes Software, APAC head at customer experience management provider Thunderhead.com, ANZ country leader at Citrix Online, and regional vice president at Gartner.
Smith holds an BA (Hons) and a MSc from Brunel University (UK) and an MBA from the Melbourne Business School.
