Riverbed regional role for Milionis

By

Network and application performance vendor Riverbed has promoted John Milionis to the role of head of channel for the APJ region.

"As a result of the pandemic, we've seen a growing need to support partners across APJ as organisations look to stay remote," said Riverbed global vice president of sales Richard Steranka.

"John has played a pivotal role in supporting partners in the ANZ market during this time of great uncertainty, so we look forward to bringing him on across the region to help partners work with their customers to navigate the new normal and new ways of working."

Milionis has more than 25 years of experience in IT, sales, marketing and general management. His previous role was that of ANZ channel director.

Before joining Riverbed in 2017 he worked for Sinefa, Strategic Capital Partners, Snowy Mountain Spring Water, and Westpac.

Milionis holds a B.Com from RMIT, and a postgraduate qualification in applied finance from the Securities Institute of Australia.
