Sethu takes on the new role after eight years with Oakton, including in Solutions and Innovation, Business Consulting and IT Strategy and Architecture. Prior to joining Oakton, Sethu had industry experience in general line management and Product Management.
Oakton CEO Neil Wilson said Sethu will be responsible for the identification, development, sales, marketing and implementation of a portfolio of innovative Enterprise business Applications.
“Shaji’s appointment is a continuation of Oakton’s investment into our Applications as a subscription based service, utlising the IP that has been developed over time and providing our customers with a significant productivity improvement or a definitive competitive advantage in weeks not months.”
Sethu said applications can be adapted and delivered to businesses as a service under a single monthly fee that includes hosting, operations support, project services and business operations support, with current applications on offer for enabling the social enterprise, grants management, Enterprise Resource Planning and a “360 degree view of your customer.”
