"The company is poised for accelerated growth in Asia-Pacific, and Helen Masters has proven herself as the right leader to deliver this growth," said Infor president Stephan Scholl.
The appointment makes her the company's first female vice-president in charge of a major geographical region.
Masters joined Infor in 2013 as vice-president of the ASEAN region, and was subsequently promoted to vice-president of the ASEAN and Pacific region.
Masters holds a BA in economics from Macquarie University.
"I am excited to lead Asia-Pacific, a region that continues to be a growth engine for the global economy," said Masters.
"We are confident that organisations in the region will be able to capture the full benefits and tremendous business advantages that Infor innovation and the cloud has to offer."
