Interactive Intelligence taps two territory managers

Customer experience vendor Interactive Intelligence has appointed two new territory managers.

Les Reid has been appointed territory manager for New South Wales, with Kathy Murphy taking on the corresponding role in Victoria.

"Kath and Les bring proven ability in new business development and we are looking forward to the addition of their expertise," said vice president for Australia, New Zealand and Japan Brendan Maree.

"Their proficiency in contact centre, telecommunications and network convergence sales, coupled with driving successful go-to-market strategies will be an invaluable asset to Interactive Intelligence as we continue to expand our presence in Australia in supporting our company's overall growth trajectory."

Reid has more than 25 years' experience in the IT industry. He was recently an account director at NSC Group, and previously held senior positions in sales management at GMT Asia Pacific, AAP, Callscan, Touchbase, Inchcape Telecommunications, and Avaya Communications.
