As previously reported, AgileXperts' headcount has grown significantly this year.

Recent appointments include general manager Jennifer McKennariey, client engagement director Steve Keenaghan, business analyst Damien Didier, and project manager Rachel Young.

"AgileXperts is made up of a huge amount of talent and expertise in the specialist payroll transformation sector. Our newest recruits will continue to mature the business with a focus on service and delivery performance, and utilising our payroll project methodologies to deliver business-wide payroll transformation," said managing director Brett Cowan.

"Our team bring a wealth of payroll strategy, technology expertise and agile delivery leadership in our target markets and they understand the positive impact that payroll can make on an organisation. They're a new vanguard of agile trained individuals that are driving payroll and workforce management shifts across major enterprises in Australia – as a business, we're thrilled to have them on board."

Jennifer McKennariey joined AgileXperts from a management role at PwC.

She previously held business analyst roles at Gallagher Bassett, Queensland Treasury Corporation and Sunsuper.

Earlier in her career McKennariey worked as an investigations administrator and contribution processing administrator at Precision Administrative Services.

Steve Keenaghan previously spent more than a decade with consulting firm Modis, most recently as consulting director.

He previously worked in project management at Motorola, and as a senior systems engineer at Thales RSS UK.

Keenaghan studied electrical engineering at Athlone Institute of Technology (Ireland), and is a six sigma black belt, a Prince2 registered practitioner, and a project management professional.

Damien Didier spent most of his career so far in France, where he worked in project management for various organisations.

Having spent a working holiday in Australia in 2011, he moved to Brisbane and joined Domino's Pizza as a senior business analyst and iteration manager earlier this year before taking on his new role as business analyst at AgileXperts.

Didier holds a master's in computer engineering from Université de Technologie de Compiègne (France), and is an agile project manager and a certified scrum product owner.

Anna Day has been working in payroll since 2010 at companies including LandPartners, AP Eagers, Good Price Pharmacy, Magaport, Davidson and Brisbane Airport Corporation.
