Foster moves from education to enterprise at Microsoft

Microsoft Australia has appointed Craig Foster as its enterprise and partner director.

"I'm delighted to announce that Craig has been appointed as enterprise and partner group director," said managing director Pip Marlow. "Craig has an extremely strong background in both commercial and public sector engagement and understands the needs of our customers and partners in this segment. I look forward to working with him as a valued member of Microsoft Australia's senior leadership team and seeing the continued great results as he takes on this new challenge."

Mr Foster was most recently education director with the company after serving as government industry director and Queensland state director. Prior to joining Microsoft he held various sales management roles at NCR, AT&T, Siemens Nixdorf, PeopleSoft and Avanade.

He holds a Commerce degree from the University of Melbourne.

Ms Marlow was promoted from enterprise and partner group director to managing director in January.
