Board says Miles, based in Melbourne, has been tasked with strengthening the company’s channel partner ecosystem, identifying and recruiting additional consulting and implementation partners, and managing channel enablement.
Miles has experience in product marketing and channel partner management in the IT Industry, previously working for CA Technologies for more than 10 years in several roles including as global channel partner program manager based in New York.
With CA, Miles launched the company’s first cloud-based partner relationship management system, creating its first-ever market development funds program for managed service providers – and was subsequently appointed CA’s partner program manager for Asia Pacific and Japan.

Board also announced the appointment of Marlon Herft as regional sales manager based in Melbourne, as part of what the company says is the further acceleration of its presence in the Southern States.
Herft joins Board with more than 15 years’ experience in the IT industry and was previously Australia and New Zealand regional vice president for sales at SumTotal Systems during which time he was responsible for leading the team for customer acquisition and supporting the company’s channel partner growth.
Board says Herft will be responsible for charting the company’s sales momentum growth in Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia.
Herft previously served in senior regional sales leadership positions including as Vice President Asia Pacific for Degreed, Director of Asia Pacific Sales at D2L Asia Pacific, and at SkillSoft for 10 years, initially as product specialist and business development manager based in Melbourne before moving to Singapore as regional director for Asia.
