Home People Moves Howe now at LogRhythm

Security intelligence company LogRhythm has appointed Simon Howe as its director of sales for Australia and New Zealand.

Mr Howe was most recently sales director for mobility solutions at Acronis.

His 15 years in the industry includes stints with other vendors including CommVault and Symantec.

Mr Howe's role at LogRhythm is to build a network of security-focused partners to deliver the company's security intelligence platform to customers in ANZ. Lan1 has been a LogRhythm distributor for the last 18 months.

LogRhythm is aiming for a broad market, including government, manufacturing, mining, education and business.

Available as a managed service or for on-premises deployment, LogRhythm's platform combines security information and event management (SIEM), log management, file integrity monitoring, and network and host forensics.
