Investment in the business and a review of its strategic direction has paid off for ICT services and solutions consultancy FinXL with its win of the ABA100 Australian Business Awards Enterprise category for service excellence.

FinXL managing director Tracy Thomson said the company has undergone a major transformation in terms of expanding its range of services, further inward investment in new systems and quality procedures as well as undertaking a comprehensive brand refresh.

“The business undertook a major strategic review back in 2013, codenamed Project PS+ and it’s really the fruits from that exercise that we are benefiting from today in terms of
this service excellence recognition,” Thomson said.

“Key findings from extensive client feedback helped us to develop a 3 year roadmap to achieve further service innovation and redefine our values, mission and vision for the future. One year on and FinXL’s focus is firmly fixed on delivering a great client service experience.”

Thomson said the award was a “major vote of confidence from FinXL’s clients” and “testament to all the hard work and dedication of FinXL’s high performing team and their commitment to provide exceptional service to our clients around Australia.”
