iSelect — which markets itself as a “life admin store” — says its energy sales support team recently took the first ever live call on the Aspect Via customer engagement centre.
iSelect chief executive and managing director Scott Wilson said Aspect Via was helping to drive the company’s transition into Australia’s “Life Admin Store and make it as easy as possible for customers to take care of complicated and time-consuming life admin tasks and transactions”.
