iSelect goes live with Aspect customer engagement platform

Australian-based online comparison website iSelect is claiming a world-first with its newly deployed Aspect customer engagement centre platform going live.

iSelect — which markets itself as a “life admin store” — says its energy sales support team recently took the first ever live call on the Aspect Via customer engagement centre.

iSelect chief executive and managing director Scott Wilson said Aspect Via was helping to drive the company’s transition into Australia’s “Life Admin Store and make it as easy as possible for customers to take care of complicated and time-consuming life admin tasks and transactions”.

Wilson says Aspect Via, Aspect Software’s cloud-based solution to personalise customer experience, automates workflows and increase self-service interaction.

He says the solution enables iSelect to interact seamlessly with customers via voice, text, social media and messaging tools like Facebook Messenger and leverage chatbots and natural language understanding across a number of these mediums.

“Aspect Via is the perfect platform to enable iSelect to not just keep up with customers’ expectations, but exceed them in every interaction across the business by creating one of the most advanced customer engagement solutions in Australia,” Wilson said.

“Aspect Via will put the power of brand interaction back into the hands of our customers, letting them decide when and how they engage with us. It will make it easier for us to do the ‘heavy lifting’ for our customers and save them time and effort.”

Active Vs. Passive DWDM Solutions

An active approach to your growing optical transport network & connectivity needs.

Building dark fibre network infrastructure using WDM technology used to be considered a complex challenge that only carriers have the means to implement.

This has led many enterprises to build passive networks, which are inferior in quality and ultimately limit their future growth.

Why are passive solutions considered inferior? And what makes active solutions great?

Read more about these two solutions, and how PacketLight fits into all this.

This coupled with the new capabilities 5G brings opens up huge opportunities for both network operators and enterprise organisations.

But these technologies will only reach their full potential with assured delivery and performance – with a trust model in place.

With this in mind, we are pleased to announce a two-part digital event, sponsored by Accedian, on the 8th & 10th of September titled 5G: Performing at the Edge.
