ICT industry trends will be under the spotlight at the upcoming Sydney forum to be staged by global cloud computing company ServiceNow, with industry experts addressing many of the developments in IT, HR, customer service, security and risk.

Now Forum Sydney, billed by ServiceNow as its biggest event in Australia and New Zealand, will be held over two days from Tuesday 9 to 10 October.

The forum agenda features a lineup of expert speakers headed by ServiceNow Chief Innovation Officer Dave Wright who will give a keynote address titled ‘Making the World of Work, Work Better For People’.

Along with joint keynote speaker – Greg Petroff, ServiceNow Global Head of Design – Wright will discuss how digital transformation on the Now Platform® will take users into a “new era of intuitive and intelligent experiences”.

And, John Hubby, the Deputy Secretary, Corporate Services in the Department of Family & Community Services NSW, will shine a spotlight on the department’s best practices using ServiceNow to reimagine customer and employee experiences.

Other sessions at the Now Forum Sydney will address how machine learning, artificial intelligence, and real-time collaboration are changing the game – “making the world of work, work better for people”.

ServiceNow says the forum brings together the best of its sponsors - and business and technology professionals - and provides an opportunity to discover how organisations can help modernise an enterprise to deliver "great customer and employee experiences".
