Five deserving winners across the Consensus Software Awards and Consensus Innovation Awards were unveiled at the 2018 Consensus Awards, with full videos of the event recorded.

Federal Assistant Minister for Science, Jobs and Innovation, Senator Zed Seselja, presented the 2018 Consensus Awards on Wednesday at PricewaterhouseCoopers’ offices at the Barangaroo International Towers in Sydney.

As Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull recently said, “The Consensus Awards have a history of celebrating some of the most cutting-edge and innovative Australian tech companies, counting world-famous firms Atlassian and WiseTech Global as former recipients. I have no doubt that this year’s recipients will follow in their success.”

The winners receive global recognition, with a past winner speaking at the event, as seen in the videos below, explaining how winning a Consensus Award made a tremendous difference to the visibility and success of their business.

Of great value is the fact each winner also "receives assistance from Consensus to promote their win to their specific target market".

Indeed, Consensus quite rightly claims to be "the world’s most successful awards program with 90% of the winners of Consensus Awards since 2000 going on to be extremely successful world-wide".

Julian Day, founder and chief executive, said: “We can confidently predict that nearly all of this year’s winners will be world-wide winners. Our 160+ judges get it right, year after year, after year, after year."

So, which companies were deserving winners in both categories presented on Wednesday night?
