The Pancake Parlour group has partnered with IT solutions company Evolution Business Systems (EBS)  to implement the latest version of Microsoft Dynamics NAV software.

The family-owed business, which operates 11 Melbourne restaurants, has implemented Microsoft Dynamics NAV for its backend financials.

The Pancake Parlour selected Microsoft Dynamics NAV to replace an ageing ERP system, with the benefits of the latest software giving the company the ability to download reports directly into Excel and manipulate them, gain performance improvements through better user interfaces and a more user friendly system; and the ability to generate PDF files from all documents.

EBS Managing Director Paul Woods said supportability and functionality were key drivers for Pancake Parlour’s decision. “The Pancake Parlour was running old software that had not been upgraded over the years.

“As well as taking advantage of new functionality that allows them to streamline their business processes, Pancake Parlour is now on a widely supported version which enables quicker issue or query resolution should they require it.

“Microsoft Dynamics NAV provides The Pancake Parlour with a fully integrated solution for all of its back office requirements and a scalable platform for growth into the future.”
