AppDynamics to monitor DPMC key information system

By

The Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet has selected AppDynamics to monitor and support one of its key information systems.

AppDynamics, a leading application intelligence company, has announced that the Australian Federal Government’s Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC) has deployed AppDynamics Application Performance Management, built on the App iQ Platform to monitor and support one of the Department’s key information systems.

AppDynamics will enable DPMC to achieve full visibility into user performance experience and accelerated application development, allowing users to do their jobs more efficiently. In addition, DPMC has enhanced monitoring of production systems.

With AppDynamics, the DPMC is now able to clearly identify where bottlenecks are so the team can solve problems and improve application performance, and as a result, it has reduced dramatically the time spent fixing issues.

According to DPMC, AppDynamics has enabled them to significantly improve technical staff to detect bottleneck and defects in the operation of major Prime Minister and Cabinet information systems.
