Ericsson has released its Networked Society City Index and report, analysing ICT-driven benefit creation in 25 of the world's largest cities. Sydney is one of those and has fared pretty well, but rather than being simply an assessment of the current situation the report can be used as a tool to identify where action is needed to achieve further gains.
