The competition watchdog has found that Telstra breached its obligations under the Structural Separation Undertaking (SSU) during the 2015 financial year. The big telco’s failure to prevent unauthorised disclosure of Protected Information about wholesale customers was the most common compliance issue revealed by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.
