The vote on the merger between Amcom and Vocus has been adjourned following the TPG’s hocus pocus, with a date, time and place to come.
The TPG empire is striking back against M2’s bid for iiNet while raising its ownership of Amcom to 19.9% in news that will go public this morning.
With Vocus and Amcom announcing a merger deal in December 2014, TPG first pre-emptively increased its stake to 6.7% and then raised it to 18.6% in a bid to derail the merger.
