Arrow Voice & Data appoints chairman

Privately held telco, Arrow Voice & Data, has appointed James T Dominguez as chairman of the board. Formerly founder and chairman of Dominguez Barry Samuel Montagu, and later SBC Dominguez Barry investment bank '” now UBS Australia '” Dominguez has considerable experience at board level. He holds advisory roles for a number of technology companies, including Cisco Systems Australia and Fuji Xerox. Dominguez also serves as non-executive director of a number of companies including ETrade Australia, Nestle Australia, O'Connell Street Associates, Tat Hong (Singapore) and WESBEAM Holdings.

Sydney, Australia - 8 September 2005 - 3Com Corporation today announced that it is expanding its Convergence Applications Suite with the introduction of the new 3Com® Internet Protocol (IP) Contact Center module.  The 3Com IP Contact Center module is a feature-rich contact centre application that routes customer contacts -- phone, email, web and fax --  to customer service agents located anywhere on the enterprise network.  3Com will license the 3Com IP Contact Center product from Nuasis Corporation.
