Optus subsidiary Virgin Mobile has won its second Roy Morgan Mobile Phone Service Provider Monthly Customer Satisfaction Award in 2018 with a customer satisfaction rating of 88% in August, jumping ahead of ALDImobile on 84% in second place.
Optus has announced a range of options and support for Virgin Mobile customers using its network, offering specially tailored plans for those choosing to stay on the Optus network after Virgin Mobile shuts down in Australia.
ALDImobile has scored its second customer satisfaction award this year, with Roy Morgan Research giving the mobile phone service provider a satisfaction rating of 84.1%, ahead of Virgin Mobile on 80.8%.
