On January 22, 1968, NASA’s Apollo 5 was launched from Cape Canaveral’s Launch Pad 37B on an unmanned mission around Earth to test the lunar module. Its success led directly to America’s eventual landing on the Moon.

Intel target of New York antitrust probe

New York state attorney general Andrew Cuomo has launched an antitrust investigation of Intel to determine whether the company illegally coerced its customers to exclude AMD from their x86 purchasing.
