The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) is hailing the continuing success of the Do Not Call Register, with more than 10 million numbers registered with the service to ensure less or no unsolicited calls are received from telemarketers.
Pesky telemarketers can now be held at bay for even longer, with the Australian Government extending Do Not Call registrations to eight years.
