The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission is seeking industry submissions to a consultation paper on proposed changes to the regulatory framework governing NBN Co’s Special Access Undertaking.

Henry Ergas attacks NBN pricing policy

Well-known right-wing economist Henry Ergas has made a stinging condemnation of NBN Co's revised structural separation undertaking in a submission to the ACCC. However some of the aspects of the SAU that he takes issue with are Government policy and therefore beyond the power of NBN Co to change.
