The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission is seeking market feedback on a revised variation to the Special Access Undertaking governing NBN Co, the operators of the national broadband network.
The company building Australia's national broadband network has submitted a revised special access undertaking which covers all its technologies to the competition regulator, along with a submission in support of it.
The competition watchdog has rejected proposals by the builders of the national broadband network, NBN Co, to vary the Special Access Undertaking (SAU) which governs the prices and other terms on which it supplies wholesale broadband services to Internet service providers.
This is an unbearably good headline :-)
Great Stuff Sam - I wish this could go out to a larger audience.
5G will save us, and the NBN will have to be redone anyway.
As always, a great article Sam.
I will never forgive him.
