The Food and Drug Administration has been given the authority to regulate tobacco sales in the United States, especially among our vulnerable young. Now, we need to make sure this law is enforced so future generations do not die prematurely due to smoking-related diseases and cancers.

Soy men have less risk from lung cancer

According to new Japanese research, men who ate large amounts of soy foods and, of course, did not smoke are at less risk of getting lung cancer. So, eat that soy and put out those cigarettes!

According to New York researchers in the United States, obesity is becoming more of a problem to people’s quality of life as more people eat larger amounts of food, and smoking is becoming less of a problem as fewer people smoke. Consequently, they claim obesity is equal to, or worse than, smoking in its negative impact on one's quality of life.
