Software giant Microsoft appears to have all but thrown in the towel on its disastrous mobile phone experiment, announcing a US$1 billion restructure of its smartphone hardware business with the loss of 1850 jobs, most of them at the former Nokia plant in Finland.
Microsoft is back to its old games again, trying to push users to upgrade to Windows 10 whether they want to or not. And the only way users can avoid what is more or less spam, is to avoid installing a needed security patch.
