Chinese telecommunications giant Huawei appears to be adopting a policy of saying nothing about its second rebuff by Australia, this time over an undersea cable between Honiara and Sydney.
Data centre operator NextDC has moved to protect the Asia Pacific Data Centre Group against any possible takeover, announcing an unconditional all-cash off-market offer to acquire all the group's securities for $1.87 apiece.
